At PT, the SPICE Team is everyone who serves, united by our mission of restoring broken lives. We believe a restored life is a SPICE life, growing spiritually, physically, intellectually, characteristically and economically.
We may serve in different ministries, but we are one team, called to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We help people feel seen, valued, connected and cared for while using our gifts to grow and partner with Jesus through PT.

Prepares and serves Communion elements, helping create a reverent and orderly experience.
Fan Into Flames
Focuses on igniting, equipping and deploying young adults to carry the Gospel boldly throughout the world.
First-Time Guests
Creates a warm, welcoming experience for first-time guests through intentional connection, care and support.
Generation Chosen
Provides a safe space for youth in grades 6-12 to come and develop their own unique and personal relationship with Christ.

Girls' Brigade
Empower girls ages 5–18 to grow in faith, leadership and service through Christ-centered mentorship and activities.
Hospitality
Fosters a heart of excellence with a genuine spirit to serve all of God's people so that they may feel welcomed and blessed after each event or fellowship time.
Kids Port
Provides small, age appropriate, safe, fun environments for children to: learn and apply God’s word, pray, worship, develop relationships with adults and peers, and invite Jesus to be the Lord of their lives.
Media
Provides partners, guests, and the on-line congregation the highest quality audio and visual experience possible during service, meetings, and special programs whether live, recorded or through online streaming.
Minister Care
Provide intentional, discreet support and care for pastors, ministers and guest speakers.
Outreach
Serve and engage the local community through outreach initiatives that meet practical needs and share the love and hope of Christ.
Overflow
Exalts, worships and glorifies God in the art of dance, under the direction and anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Restore Worship
Leads people into the transformative presence of God through praise and worship.
Social Media
Captures powerful moments of worship and community by: recording and editing (IG & TikTok), having an eye for high-quality photos & videos, capturing the heart of worship, fellowship, and service, and staying on top of social media trends and faith-based storytelling
Welcome Team
Maintains a positive, loving and orderly atmosphere by assisting each person who enters the sanctuary in any way possible to make them feel welcome and comfortable.
